Introduction
This five-day course teaches practical methods for generating, shaping, and testing business ideas. You will practice structured creative techniques, rapid prototyping, and straightforward evaluation approaches. The emphasis is on tools and routines you can use back at work to reduce risk and move ideas toward customers. The course is useful when budgets, customer needs, or competitive positions require faster, clearer innovation decisions.
Objectives
2. Convert ideas into concise value propositions and one-page business model sketches.
3. Design and run low-cost experiments and prototypes to test key assumptions.
4. Apply prioritization and decision criteria to select ideas with measurable potential.
5. Produce a 30-day action plan to take a chosen idea to pilot or customer test.
